Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. DermaVibe is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
